are you insured?
Of course, I am insured for public liability (in case a photographer knocks someone's Granny over with their camera) and professional indemnity (in case a photographer needs to be sued for deciding to watch some daytime TV instead of attending a wedding). Though of course these should never be needed, they are to help with the couple's piece of mind and should be demanded of every wedding photographer. I am extremely professional, I plan for foreseeable problems and I take pride in being prepared. I use two cameras, carry two bags and use multiple lenses. I download my photos throughout the day to a hard-drive, keeping my memory cards in a different bag. This means I have two copies in the very unlikely event that a memory card is lost or a bag is stolen.
